What to Expect |

A couple of weeks after signing your new home contract your Sales Consultant will schedule your design appointment. This will be an afternoon filled with important decisions so come prepared. |

The Process begins at: 2700 S. Osage, Amarillo, TX 79103 with the selection of countertops. Our countertops are provided by Adobe Walls Stoneworks. There you will be selecting from a wide assortment of granite countertops for your kitchen, bathrooms and utility room and/or office. ... The next step in the design process takes us to First Floors located at 8501 S.W. 34th Suite 200. There we will meet with our personal builder representative to select all the floor coverings for your new home. You will chose tile and carpet selections from an extensive variety of colors and styles. ... After the flooring has been finalized it’s time to return to the model home where you will be selecting brick, interior and exterior paint, customizing your cabinets and arranging the electrical (phone & cable outlets) throughout your home. This process can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours so plan accordingly. *Your home should reflect your style, so think about the overall look you are trying to create. Magazines or the Internet can be helpful places to start. *If you have pictures of elements that you would like in your home, please bring them. These may include flooring, paint colors, window treatments, fixtures, cabinetry and other items that remain to be chosen for your home.
