Watch your Texas Premier Home become a reality |
Once your selections are finalized and changes to your plan have been completed, the construction process begins. Your builder, the city inspectors, your builder’s manager, and, if applicable, VA and FHA inspectors, continually inspect your home for sound and proper building methods. Minor problems and adjustments are handled routinely during the final stages of construction. When the building of your home is complete, it will have passed multiple inspections before it is presented to you. If you have any questions or concerns at any time during your construction process, rest assured that your Sales Consultant will be there every step of the way! Your Sales Consultant is on site to ensure that someone is always available for you, so that you can enjoy watching your dreams become a reality.

Close at the Title Company |
When your home is complete, you and your builder will conduct a homeowner’s orientation and inspection walk-through. At that time we will be able to schedule your exact closing date. At the Title Company, the title officer will review the loan paperwork with you. Once the documents are signed and the loan is funded, the keys will be released to you by your Sales Consultant, and the home is officially yours.

After closing you will be directed to the Texas Premier website for warranty booklet explaining our warranty procedures and policies, as well as information on caring for your new Texas Premier Home.
