property management team. We also handle warranty
issues with your new home that is unmatched in
Amarillo. If a warranty issue arises we have an online
warranty work request form on our website. This
automatically generates a work order and it is
assigned to one of our warranty techs. You will be
contacted within 24hrs to have a scheduled service
call.

Thursday & Friday from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm and on
